The company was founded by developers Yehuda Kotkes and Daniel Spiegel in 2019.
After graduating from Touro College with a degree in business administration and economics, Daniel began working as VP of NBS Israel Real Estate, a company owned and managed by British entrepreneur Leo Noé of Leo Schacter Diamonds.
There he managed large and complex urban renewal projects in high demand areas in central Israel, overseeing all aspects of the project from development plans to tenant placement.
Together with Yehuda Kotkes, he co-founded KS Group in 2019 and began purchasing residential buildings in targeted New York City areas that were experiencing rapid growth.
These undervalued properties proved to have tremendous upside and helped propel KS Group to the forefront of the metropolitan commercial real estate world.
Daniel's relentless drive for providing value for his investors combined with passion for creating exceptional residential experiences for his tenants make him an unmatched asset in the space.
Yehuda brings over 10 years of experience in developing multi-family residential buildings both domestically and abroad.
Yehuda started his career as a VP at Ram Israel, a leading developer in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. His responsibilities included the management of over half a million square feet of retail properties as well as the planning of many urban renewal projects.
His success in these roles led to his promotion to CEO, a position he held until forming KS Group.
Yehuda utilizes his creative approach and passion for finding undervalued assets to push KS Group to the forefront of some of the most lucrative development opportunities in the Metropolitan area.
While he enjoys collaborating with and forming connections with other local investors, Yehuda maintains strong relationships with real estate professionals abroad, ensuring KS Group is well situated to take advantage of opportunities in a broad range of asset classes and locales.
