Ben Rieder has over 20 years of institutional real estate experience and as a Chief Financial Officer.

At KS, Ben leads the firm’s financial strategy, overseeing capital planning, acquisition financing, and performance reporting. His focus on structure and efficiency ensures the company scales with control and clarity. Prior to joining KS, Ben played a key role in expanding a multi-billion-dollar real estate portfolio, building out financial systems, and driving operational improvements across 300+ properties.

With a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Queens College, Ben blends technical expertise with practical leadership to deliver results across every level of the organization
